Our breast milk soap recipe
If you want to make it, the breast milk soap recipe is very easy. You need 100 ml of breast milk, 100 g of grated or flake Marseille soap, and 2 tablespoons of organic coconut or sweet almond oil. If you don't have Marseille soap, Aleppo soap or donkey soap is a good choice. The preparation requires certain utensils, namely a spatula, a saucepan, and silicone molds. The preparation time for this solid soap is about ten minutes. We start by melting the grated soap in a saucepan with the breast milk, over low heat or in a bain-marie. Then, we add the coconut oil, mix well, and pour into the molds, which should be placed in the freezer for 24 hours so that the soaps set. When the time has passed, we unmold. It takes a month to dry. The soap should dry away from light, in a dry, ventilated place, but air must circulate around it. Ideally, place it on a rack.
It is possible to add honey to this natural soap recipe to moisturize, nourish, repair and soothe the skin, essential oils for the scent or seasonal dried flowers (chamomile and calendula to soothe and bring softness, poppy against insomnia and stress, cornflower for dry and tired skin, etc.).
