Hair oil bath
What is a hair oil bath?
An oil bath deeply moisturizes your hair. The oil bath can be made with several different types of vegetable oils (see below) depending on your hair type.
An oil bath is more effective than a hair mask. You can make your own homemade hair oil bath. We recommend different oils further down in this article.
How to use it:
We advise you to judge for yourself because everyone is different. Depending on the length and thickness of your hair, it is difficult to recommend a quantity, but do not overdo it! Dry hair will tend to absorb oil more easily than hair that gets greasy easily.
To apply it, it's simple: Put some in your hand and apply it to your hair up to 2 cm from the roots. Apply before showering. Leave the hair oil bath on for at least 1 hour, or you can leave it on overnight if you wish.
To rinse: Air your hair well, run your hands through it or brush it out to remove any tangles. Then wash your hair thoroughly with an organic shampoo or homemade one that won't irritate your scalp.
